I just discovered him today and I fell in love immediately... I've seen BlackHat art all over tumblr but  I didn't look into it that much until I saw Dr. Flug <333

He's from "Villainous", a series of shorts in Spanish from Cartoon Network (not officially a full length cartoon yet, though)
